Cancellation Policy
Your time is reserved just for you, and I truly appreciate your respect for my schedule and other clients.
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me the opportunity to fill your appointment time.
* Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
* Clients who no-show more than once may be required to prepay for future appointments.
If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I allow a 15 minute grace period. Arriving late may result in adjusting your service or rescheduling to keep the day on track.
I understand that emergencies happen, and I will always do my best to be understanding in those situations.
